By using ApplyTailored, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

ApplyTailored helps you build a structured career profile and generate tailored resumes and cover letters from it. Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when you create an account.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content, your responsibility

You own the career information you submit and the documents we generate from it. We only use it to provide the service to you.

Our tailoring is constrained to never invent employers, titles, dates, or numbers that aren't already in your profile, but you are responsible for reviewing every generated document before you send it. You are the one submitting it to an employer, not us.

Acceptable use

Don't use ApplyTailored to:

• Submit career information you know to be false.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or interfere with the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. [Refund policy: confirm before launch.]

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that a tailored resume will result in an interview or job offer. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ApplyTailored isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page if these terms change, and update the date at the top.
